4 Places to Shop Until You Drop in Los Angeles, California

The Americana

The Americana is directly across the street from the Glendale Galleria. What I love most about this shopping area is how relaxing it is. A water fountain sits in the middle of the shops, and all of the restaurants have views of it on their patios. Another bonus is the view of Downtown when you’re taking the elevator.

The views during the elevator ride from the parking garage to the ground floor of The Americana are beautiful.

Camarillo Outlets

There are two things that I love about this outlet mall: it’s near the ocean and it’s huge. You can smell the saltwater in the air and feel the ocean breeze on your skin while shopping around. This is one of the biggest outlet malls in the area, and it generally has the best deals.

Third Street Promenade

This shopping center is across from the Santa Monica Pier, and it’s convenient to shop here if you’re spending the day walking around Santa Monica and Venice Beach. It’s a cool place to shop at because of the big retail stores and local performers.

Hollywood & Highland

This mall is located in the heart of Hollywood. It’s near other attractions like the Chinese Theater and The Walk of Fame, so this is a good place to include in your Hollywood itinerary. You might even get to watch some filming take place! The center of the mall is a popular place to shoot scenes for music videos and television.
