This article details activities in LA about my favorite stores, adventure parks, and sports games.
Grand Central Market
Located in the heart of Downtown, this market has a ton of unique food vendors, florists, and it hosts many events. It’s a cool place to check out and grab a bite to eat.
The Last Bookstore
The Last Bookstore is a huge used-book store in Downtown with a unique store design that makes it a perfect spot to take instagram pictures.
Watch an LA Dodgers Game
Baseball games are always fun, and the Dodgers Stadium is a nice place to relax and hang out with friends and family.
Disneyland has two parks: Disneyland Park and Disneyland Adventure Park. Disneyland Park is very similar to Magic Kingdom Park in DisneyWorld Florida, and Disneyland Adventure Park is a rollercoaster park that is Disney-themed.
Knott’s Berry Farm
Knott’s Berry Farm is roller coaster park, but more low key than Six Flags Magic Mountain and it has more intense rides. When I say it has ‘more intense’ rides, I specifically mean that they have faster and longer rollercoaster rides. For example, The Xcelerator takes riders from 0mph to 83mph in 2.3 seconds and goes up 205 feet into the air just take you back down at a 90 degree vertical angle. Additionally, it’s a great spot for foodies. One food item I especially love here is an ice cream sandwich that’s as big as my face!
